Senior Marketing Manager / Growth

Play a critical role in our 3D rendering and Helio Core product(s) success. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for key marketing activities: iterating our marketing strategy and executing inbound lead generation through events, social media and partnerships. You will also be responsible for the branding, website and product marketing for our Product Led Growth (PLG) initiative. You will work closely with our self-organized functional teams across sales, customer success and engineering to conduct market research and coordinate product launches.
📒 At Helio with this hands-on and entrepreneurial role, you will:
Work closely with the founder and CCO on the go-to-market, scale the product to 2m ARR (any beyond) within the next months and accelerate our CAGR further.
Iterate and execute on our marketing strategy.
Build the Helio 3D rendering and the Helio Cloud brand.
Improve our AARRR metrics.
Execute the established inbound lead-gen channels: events, social media, partnerships (ambassadors, integration partners).
Support the product activation with initiatives like content, mailings, and others.
Work with our functional teams to improve product retention.
Generate high-quality referrals for our PLG and Sales-led motion.
Help sales to generate revenue with supporting material like case-studies, website(s), video content, etc.
Conduct market research with customers, customer success and sales and fine-tune our market
🤝 You’ll be a great fit for the job if you:
Have at least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
Have at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Have a strong technical understanding.
Are reliable and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Like working independently and as a part of a team.
Are very data-driven, entrepreneurial, and organized.
Are familiar with tools as Hubspot, Segment, Mixpanel.
🌍 Location + Language
Our office is located in Zurich, Switzerland.
A fluent level of English is required.
German skills are a benefit.
💰 Salary and Benefits
100'000 - 130’000 CHF total compensation (Zurich).
Compensation details:
On target earnings.
Larger part of the salary is in equity.
The region-based factor will be applied to remote hires.
Equity plan to own a part of Helio (equity/shares).
